- Returns Policy
- Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- All sales are final. We are under no obligation to accept a request for returns or refunds.
- In certain circumstances we may consider doing so. but the customer will be responsible for shipping the returns back at their expense. A re-stocking fee up to 20% , the initial shipping cost, and a $15.00 credit card fee may also be deducted.
- Order Status
- Police Equipment Worldwide will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your Police Equipment Worldwide ID once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
