• USPS - APO/FPO orders welcome! Delivery will take approximately 2 to 6 weeks + 24-48 hours to process the order. (Due to military APO/FPO box size, 19" and larger monitors cannot be shipped via this method; please remove them from your shopping cart before proceeding.)

Returns Policy
All Returns and Exchanges must be assigned a Return Authorization Number which must be obtained by phone (888-668-6860) or e-mail (sales@police-equipment-worldwide.com). Some non-standard items are not returnable. Certain items will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
  • We have a 30 day return policy for stock products. This excludes made to order items & items where a different return policy is stated. (Please check product descriptions).
  • Return Authorizations (R.A.s) must be obtained before any item is shipped. Call 888 668 6860
  • Items returned for size exchange - shipping paid by customer
  • All other items to be returned are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%
    • Items returned without an RA - re-stocking fee 30%
    • Any goods showing evidence of use or damage will not be accepted
Order Status
Police Equipment Worldwide will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your Police Equipment Worldwide ID once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
